I’m your ally in helping values-driven teams work better together: more organised, more creative, and - why not? - with more joy!
Hello!
I'm Larissa Seibel, a communications designer devoted to transforming the way teams work - from disconnect and stuckness to flow, and joy! I work with teams and organisations committed to social impact, justice, and systems change.
I bring together visual design, storytelling, facilitation, decolonial practice and feminist knowledge management to help teams build clarity, trust and shared ownership, while challenging extractive ways of working.

What I do and how I can support your team
I deeply believe that how we work is as important as what we deliver. When we feel connected to our work and to each other, ideas flow, and positive results are a consequence.
My practice combines design, communication, and organisational change to deliver storytelling, collaboration and structure: this way, I help teams communicate clearly, organise their work intentionally and create participatory spaces where decisions can be made with shared understanding and responsibility.

Communicate ideas with clarity & alignment
Narratives shape power. I help you develop communication that is clear, grounded and aligned with your values — so your work can mobilise communities, influence decision-makers and honour the knowledge you are building.
What this includes:
• Pitches & presentations
• Concept notes & business cases
• Strategic plans & narrative frameworks
• Story shaping, copywriting & editing
• Visual layout & communication design
• Support from raw idea to polished, share-ready formats
Outcomes:
Communication that is compelling, ethical, accessible and aligned with your mission.
_
Facilitate co-creation & collective intelligence
Co-creation is a political choice. I design and hold participatory spaces where people can think together, surface tensions, align around shared purposes and make decisions rooted in collective wisdom.
What this includes:
• Co-creation workshops
• Project co-initiation sessions
• Reflection & co-evaluation sessions
• Power-aware and inclusive facilitation
• Participatory design processes
• Tailored sessions for groups and teams
Outcomes:
Stronger alignment, deeper participation, and next steps shaped by the people closest to the work.

Build productive, well-organised teams
Liberatory work needs structures that support - not exhaust - people. I help teams organise information and workflows in ways that increase transparency, reduce burden and distribute responsibility more fairly. We're not disrupting your current way of working but rather leveraging the habits and needs of the team to make your lives easier and work more effectively!
What this includes:
• Information & knowledge organisation
• Folder structures & indexes
• Workflows, procedures & collaboration practices
• Migration to new platforms
• Better use of Microsoft tools for teamwork
• Systems that prevent burnout and enable shared ownership
Outcomes:
More clarity, less friction, and collaboration based on equity and transparency.
Not sure what offer fits?
Maybe it's because they are indeed interconnected!
In fact, the most common approach is to combine elements of all three. We can explore together what your team or organisation needs most right now.
My approach
_
Holistic Thinking
The whole is greater than the sum of its parts! I ask the questions that will help us to look at the full context of our challenge and to recognise the interconnections at play. The aim is to design strategic communication and workflows that support long-term transformation rather than short-term fixes.
_
Decolonial & Power-Shifting Practice
Every space has underlying power dynamics which influences collaboration and knowledge production. I cultivate an open awareness of how these dynamics are at play to create spaces where people feel truly heard. This includes questioning whose voices are prioritised, how decisions are made, and how dominant ways of working can (un)intentionally reproduce exclusion.
_
Feminist Project & Knowledge Management
My practise centres the core principles of feminist leadership which are based on transparency, sharing ownership, accountable collaboration and (self-)care. I believe knowledge needs to be treated as a collective resource - not a bottleneck or a form of control.
_
Clarity & Visual Thinking
As a trained designer and branding specialist, I help teams distil complexity into clear, usable formats that support understanding, alignment and action.
_
Collective Intelligence
My facilitation is designed to increase meaningful participation, surface diverse perspectives and move groups toward concrete decisions and next steps.
What Grounds My Work
I truly believe in and try to live by the expression “if it’s not good for someone, it can’t be good for anyone”. This is why I love co-creating conditions for people to connect and work more meaningfully.
It also means paying attention not only to ideas and outputs, but also to power, participation, and the systems that hold collective work together.
Across projects, I support teams to:
Reduce time lost to searching, duplication and unclear processes
Increase clarity around roles, decisions and next steps
Improve participation and balance voices in group settings
Strengthen alignment across teams, partners and leadership
Create communication that is reused, adapted and shared—rather than constantly recreated
These shifts can be measured through reflective check-ins, team feedback, and observed changes in how people collaborate over time.
Let's work together to define these parameters and how to assess them!
I had an excellent experience! The service was outstanding.
